DESCRIPTION: BIOKOTE-EF is a 100% natural, all vegetable base organic chemical release agent. BIOKOTE-EF is odorless and contains less then 20g/L VOC. This is safer then table salt! BIOKOTE-EF has been tested and certified against NSF/ANSI 61, Section 5. BIOKOTE-EF combines high performance with all the green attributes for your LEED project. BIOKOTE-EF can be used in potable water structures and is ideal for sensitive environmental situations such as bridge formwork over rivers and streams, or potable water reservoirs.

BIOKOTE-EF is premium grade vegetable release agent which provides superior bonding and form release properties and leaves an architectural bondable concrete surface. BIOKOTE-EF is a superior chemically active release agent which allows you to effortlessly strip your forms from concrete, and keeps them clean and free from debris.

BIOKOTE-EF is a multi-use form release agent that keeps your forms conditioned and free from rust, and is odorless and non-staining.

BIOKOTE-EF can be used on all types of forms: wood, high density plywood, steel, aluminum, fiberglass, plastic, rubber, rigid form liners and paper column forms.
